Shipping policy

 

  • Orders begin processing immediately upon confirmation; no modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is confirmed or tracking is updated.
  • Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information (including apartment number, building, entrance codes, etc.). Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure without reshipment or refund.
  • If invalid address details are provided, Fragrance Chapter will contact the customer. No response within 14 days will result in order cancellation, requiring a new order placement.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (weather, customs, inspections, etc.). Fragrance Chapter is not liable for such delays and cannot offer refunds or cancellations in these cases.
  • Peak season (holidays, promotions) may result in further delivery delays.
  • International customers bear responsibility for duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their governments. Packages refused due to unpaid charges will not be refunded or reshipped.
  • Orders are limited to a maximum value of 500 rupees to avoid customs issues; customers should place multiple orders for larger purchases.
  • Delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO) or PO Boxes is not available.
  • Full legal name and phone number are mandatory for international shipments.
  • Missed delivery due to unavailability or lack of response to delivery agents will not be reshipped or refunded.
  • Fragrance Chapter is not responsible for loss or damage after successful delivery to the correct address.
